With over 20 years of experience serving Chicagoland small businesses we're grounded in the concepts of service, integrity and professionalism. RKtech works to be the team player you can trust to assure the technologies you depend on work for you.
Having worked in IT since the mid-1990s RKTech staff has experience with hardware, software and infrastructure that has long ago been outdated. We were there to upgrade those technologies to more recent systems, to maintain the legacy systems and to implement the most modern technologies.
Based in the southwest suburban Chicago, Illinois area we focus on handling the support, installation and implementation of small businesses technologies.
If we can serve your needs when you call or message us we will. If we must defer the work we can usually, depending on the scope, get it handled in 12-24 hours.
As a father and son team we work closely together. With somewhat different technical expertise it is likely one of us will be able to handle your problem promptly. We are generally available for phone calls from the early morning hours well into the evening. We provide support within your schedule without locking you into some restrictive contractual agreement.
